T-Shirt Quilts:

This Middie is another example of our quilts with strips. It was made for a Harley Davidson dealer that holds a street fair in California every year. (see pictures and Iron Works write up on "articles" page) The quilt was displayed all week and then raffled off.

Middies are a wonderful in between size. They are 84 inches wide so they are plenty big enough for a double bed (54 inches wide). Picture 30 of your high school track and cross country shirts or even old concert t-shirts, you've had squirreled away for years, saved in a family heirloom. The best part of all is your quilt can be shared and displayed for all of your loved ones to enjoy.

with strips oversized panels
Borders: 30 shirt quilts have 3 borders all the way around them.
Strips: You have the option of using strips to frame each panel.
(strips are the same color as inside border)
Oversized: Some collections of t-shirts consist of shirts with logos that are oversized (bigger than our finished panels of 12" by 12"). In that case we can make oversized panels: 14" x 14".
